Summer Gear:  Our new sermon series for May

    Picture
It's that time of year, again.  Time to pack the family wagon and head out on vacation to destinations far and near.  Every time we go on a trip, we pack our summer gear, the things we will need:  swimsuit, sunscreen, snorkel, a good novel.  Or if we are going to the mountains, we pack hiking boots, sunscreen, a good novel.
This year, let's also pack our spiritual disciplines, those things that keep us in touch with the Lord while we are on the road.  As part of our vacation planning this year, let's include time for prayer, worship, journaling, singing, hospitality, and other spiritual practices.
Let's talk about it, Sundays in May.
